Tina Forrester, the widow of Jim Forrester who was one of the 343 tragically murdered in Baltimore in 2017,has accepted the invitation to moderate the Public Policy Debate between Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh and TBR President Kahan Dhillon on Monday, Feb. 12.President Dhillon’s original request, proposing only a date and affording the Mayor choice of time and venue, was sent Dec. 6th 2017.At the present time, Mayor Pugh has failed to respond.Mayor Pugh has less than two weeks to embrace this opportunity, for which she has already had a month and a half to offer a response, for an open and transparent discussion relative to The Baltimore Crisis.

TBR is moving forward with the TBR Revitalization Project which is the largest Citywide Revitalization project in the modern history of Baltimore and currently the largest Citywide Revitalization Project underway in the country. The TBR Revitalization Project is a historic comprehensive, and collaborative $10 billion revitalization project to transform Baltimore while working hand in hand with the community.The intention of this debate is to address the issues that have created The Baltimore Crisis as well as solutions to address them.
